Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the pack and the formula: a 500 ml shampoo has a different threshold than a 100 ml styling wax. Send us the product and the pack you have in mind and we will come back with quantities and pricing.
What is the difference between private label and contract manufacturing?
With private label you pick one of our existing formulas and put your brand on it. With contract manufacturing you bring your own formula or specification and we produce it to your standard. Custom formulation sits in between: we develop a new formula from your brief.
How soon can I get a sample?
A sample from an existing formula takes days. If the product needs a new formula, development time is added on top; our formulation team gives you a date once the brief is clear.
Which certifications do you hold?
The facility is ISO 22716 GMP and ISO 9001 certified. For exports to the Eurasian Economic Union we provide EAC documentation, and we support the paperwork for EU and MENA markets.
Which products can you manufacture?
Hair care, skin care, body care and hair styling: shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, cream, serum, cleanser, shower gel, lotion, oil, wax, pomade, gel, mousse, spray, face mask and cologne.
